When you're seeking the amenities of a beautiful hotel, here are some of my favorite places I've ever stayed. I would return to these in a heartbeat.

A brand new luxury resort located just outside of Puerto Escondido. Between the rooms, the restaurant, the beach, the pool — there’s no reason for you to leave, and we rarely did. I loved this place so much, I booked a return trip months later. Make sure you book their rooms with the private rooftops!

A few planes and a boat ride is what it takes to get to one of my favorite boutique resorts in the Caribbean. Splurge on the private plunge pools cabana, it’s totally worth it!

Little Corn Island, Nicaragua

A hidden boutique hotel within walking distance of all of the great restaurants and sites of Granada, Nicaragua. Homemade breakfast daily served next to the pool. Small enough to make it feel like you have the whole pool to yourself. Beautifully designed. The concierge will make sure your stay is perfect.

Popoyo, Nicaragua

A surf lodge on the Nicaraguan coast that you can enjoy even if you don’t surf. Enjoy morning coffee walks on an unspoiled beach, eat all of your meals at their restaurant, make new friends, and rot in their pool. This place is magical.

A hilltop boutique hotel with unbelievable ocean view. Stay in one of the five suites that overlook the pool or come for their famous breakfast. One of my favorite stays in Puerto Rico.

A tropical oasis in the middle of São Paulo. With two pools, a gym, restaurants on site, and celebrity sightings, it’s no wonder this is the best hotel in the city.

The perfect boutique hotel in the surfing town of El Tunco. The suites surround a bueatiful pool, yoga studio, and one of the best cafes you’ll find in the area. Make sure you get a room that has an open air shower! That thing is magical.
